Delivery by Nova Poshta

Delivery to a branch or by courier of the "Nova Poshta" company to a convenient address. Delivery to the "Nova Poshta" branch takes from 1 to 3 business days, courier delivery by "Nova Poshta" takes up to 5 business days.

To find the nearest "Nova Poshta" branch, use the link https://novaposhta.ua/office. After receiving the order confirmation message with the TTN number, you can track the delivery status on the courier service's website. Please note: the order is stored at the Nova Poshta branch for free for no more than 5 days; on the 6th day, the parcel is returned back. Only the person specified in the transport declaration as the recipient can collect the order.

To collect the order at the courier service branch, you must present an identity document. Please carefully check the integrity of the parcel upon receipt and inform our managers of any issues by phone: 067 360 78 99 on the day of receipt.

Orders with home delivery by "Nova Poshta" are accepted according to the courier service's work schedule. You can find the working schedule of the "Nova Poshta" courier service on the official website: https://novaposhta.ua/office.

Delivery by Ukrposhta

The delivery cost for orders up to 50 UAH, paid online when placing the order:

• Select the appropriate option when placing the order and be sure to provide the postal code of your branch.
• You can find the postal code on the Ukrposhta website.

Terms of Exchange and Return of Goods

You can return or exchange an item that for any reason did not suit you, provided that its commercial appearance, packaging, and labels are preserved. You have 14 days from the receipt of the parcel to return or exchange the product.

We recommend carefully inspecting the product upon receipt.

Requirements for goods eligible for return:

To return an item, it must be provided in its original condition:

• without damage and signs of use;
• with original labels;
• tags, labels, and in the original packaging.

To return an item, please contact our manager by phone +380674998228 (Viber, Telegram). We cover the shipping costs for the return. You do not need to pay anything regardless of the method of return. When returning the parcel via "Nova Poshta", select payment by the recipient. The money will be returned to you via transfer to an individual or to a personal card within 3 business days after the returned item arrives at us, provided that the product is returned in proper condition.

The rules for returning goods purchased in the online store travel-passport.com.ua are governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". We reserve the right not to accept returned items if they arrive at our warehouse after the 14-day period or if the condition of the items differs from when you received them.
